Product Manager, Global Transaction Banking - Canadian Business Deposit Products

What You’ll Do : Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. Develop and continuously refine product roadmaps based on competitive analysis, customer feedback and operational efficiency. Maintain and groom product backlogs to include customer-focused solutions. Collaborate with partners across the Bank in Small Business, Corporate and Commercial to deliver product enhancements and drive deposit volumes. Prepare training materials and host training sessions with sales teams across Small Business and Commercial segments. Act as a subject matter expert and answer product-related questions. Create and maintain both internal and external facing content: Manuals and operational procedures Offer letters and Service Schedules Sales sheet and proposals Websites Conduct research and gather feedback to better inform product strategy and how it contributes to the bottom line. Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions. Creates an environment in which his/her team pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.
