JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking to hire a Shift Supervisor / Bartender. Experience is necessary 2 years minimum and a dedication to the company with a strong work ethic. Qualifications: - Previous experience as a bartender, server and shift leader - Excellent guest service skills and ability to provide a positive guest experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Pro Serve certification is a must. Job Description: - Provide amazing guest experiences to everyone who enters our building - Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations - Clean and maintain service and guest areas, including stocking supplies and replenishing inventory - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures when handling food and beverages - Adhere to all relevant licensing regulations and guidelines Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
