Business Intelligence Specialist (Power BI)

Key Responsibilities:Design and develop advanced BI solutions using Power BI, ensuring alignment with business needs.Create and maintain data models, including data warehouse and semantic models, to support efficient data analysis.Collaborate with financial services teams to integrate legacy datasets and ensure accurate reporting.Develop complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.Implement and optimize data visualization strategies to present actionable insights to stakeholders.Utilize YAML and JavaScript to enhance data processing and reporting capabilities.Stay current with emerging BI tools and technologies, such as Cube Dev, AtScale, and Kyvos, to continuously improve BI solutions.Requirements:Extensive experience in Business Intelligence, with a strong background in SQL.Proven expertise in data modeling and semantic modeling.Prior experience in the financial services sector is essential.Proficiency in working with legacy datasets and data warehouses.Advanced knowledge of Power BI is a must.Familiarity with YAML and JavaScript is a plus.Experience with BI tools like Cube Dev, AtScale, and Kyvos is a plus.
