BRANCH MANAGER

Gord's Rentals Inc is looking for a full time Manager to oversee the day to day operations of the business. How you’ll contribute As our Manager, you’ll serve as leadership atour location, ensuring continuous team improvement and customer satisfactionwith respect to the sale or rent of our Tools and Equipment through: - Always providing enthusiastic and professional customerservice ensuring the resolution of any issues that may arise on a Manageriallevel. - Conducting regular training, coaching, engagement, anddevelopment of the team to ensure they have to tools, knowledge, and confidenceto support high levels of service. -Ensuring ongoing training and skills updates are provided forspecific Platforms, as well confirming all employees meet or exceed theirminimum annual training requirements (WHMIS, AODA, TDG, Forklift, etc.) - Regularly stepping into the duties of Sales and RentalAssociate as needed. - Monitoring inventory and ensuring adequate equipment qualityand stock levels - Anticipating product demand, tracking availability, andensuring equipment is “rental ready”. - Possessing excellent knowledge on equipment such as operation,features, related accessories, safe operating techniques and effectivelytransferring this knowledge to customers. - Completing other duties as assigned. -Working as a Team to achieve maximum success.
