You think critically as well as have an ability to empathize with different team perspectives. You have strong problem-solving and communication skills, and have experience collaborating with business and technical teams in a dynamic environment. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated and dynamic scrum master looking to work in a highly collaborative Agile environment dedicated to building better gifting experiences for all.What you’ll get to do: Help the team embrace agile values, adopt and apply agile principles and implement agile practices. Serve the team, including the Product Owner (PO)Help the team align and focus on Sprint and Program Increment (PI) Goals.Foster continuous improvement of performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow and velocity.Guide the team to remove impediments.Assess the Scrum maturity of the team and coach them to higher levels of maturity. Help the team improve and take responsibility for their actions.Help the Product Owner in their efforts to manage the product backlog and roadmap. Help the PO guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to scope, priorities and product quality.Capture, monitor Metrics to inform the conversations with stakeholdersDrive the Safe Agile ceremonies like daily stand up, sprint planning, backlog groomingShowcase JIRA and confluence experience and managementPerform Risk and impediment managementHandle external teams dependencies and risk managementYou are someone who has:Hands on minimum 3 years of experience of working as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environmentExperience with Jira or other tools utilized in an agile development environmentCertified Scrum Master (CSM or SAFe SSM)Effective planning and facilitation skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to communicate software engineering and/or development concepts and principlesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate with other engineers including distributed team membersContribute to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to all aspects of the developmentBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related fieldWhy Buyatab?We believe the world is changing and that digital solutions are the future.
