Brandt Truck and Trailers is currently seeking a Sales Manager based out of Kamloops, BC. This position is responsible for managing, motivating, and mentoring the Sales team to achieve annual sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction is being achieved within the designated region. This position will focus on the transportation and heavy haul trailer needs of Brandt customers to ensure we are selling and delivering all of our solutions and offerings. Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage and drive product sales through a team of Territory ManagersEducate and direct the Territory Managers to ensure all of initiatives are promoted within the regionManage key financial metrics such as – sales revenue, margin growth & profitabilityManage new, used and rental inventory levelsEstablish key KPIs for Territory Managers and monitor on a monthly basisConduct regular sales meetings with the Territory ManagersAnalyze and implement proper coverage for the regionEngage directly with the larger accounts in the region to promote full product support offeringProvide feedback to the Division VP/Branch Manager on regional industry trends#LI-OnsiteRequired SkillsAs a designated leader the successful candidate must have:Proven track record in sales managementOutstanding customer service and organizational skillsThe ability to work both independently and as part of a highly motivated teamA relevant combination of education and experience along with a proven track record in the heavy haul trailer industryRequired ExperienceThe ability to drive the sales process from beginning to endStrong industry expertise and knowledge in the truck, rigging & trailer businessAbility to build strong customer relationships, maintain relationships with key customers at all levels including executive-level managersExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to recruit, train, and motivate a team to pursue and grow the businessHighly organized with the ability to work well under time pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyMust be available to travel as needed; a recent driver's abstract will be requiredMust possess and maintain a valid passport and be able to travel internationallyBe creative, a self-starter, team player, fast learner, detail oriented, and conscientious with a drive to “win”Strong collaboration and relationship building skills to drive results through motivating and influencingAs a designated leader the successful candidate must have:Proven track record in sales managementOutstanding customer service and organizational skillsThe ability to work both independently and as part of a highly motivated teamA relevant combination of education and experience along with a proven track record in the heavy haul trailer industry
