The candidate will partner with all of our teams (CP and agency teams) to build our first-party data collection opportunities, creating acquisition, retention, and engagement programming, driving brand objectives and building long-term consumer value.Key Responsibilities:Set strategy and plans to achieve the first-party data objective.Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer marketing, Ecommerce) to integrate first data capture in all activations/programs - offline and online.Capture insights from analytics to build consumer marketing strategies for personalization and campaigns.Drive and deliver key engagement metrics - Member activation, retention, Open rates, CTOR, visits, transactions & sales.Work with the agency on day-to-day project management and delivery.Build relevant & sustainable strategic partnerships to add value to the program & to drive member 1:1 consumer engagement across platforms.Meet KPI on 1st party data acquisition/enrichment, delivering on efficiency and importantly business outcomes by using data for marketing purposes.Work with internal technology team to set up and run the martech infrastructure & journeys.Align with the internal legal team on the data collection method to ensure compliance on data privacy and regulations.Build data-driven Marketing Campaign framework with the agency - process and execution management.Position Requirements:7+ years of work experience in data-driven performance marketing, data analytics, and CRM strategy.Certifications/Knowledge - Martech stacks like Salesforce, Data clouds, journey development & optimization.Experience in AI/ML tech would be a plus.Experience of Loyalty platforms and methodology is preferred.Should have a knack for numbers and creativity.Categories of work experience which would be an added advantage - airlines, retail, BFSI.Experience of working on a D2C project is a plus.Our Commitment to Sustainability:With the Colgate brand in more homes than any other, we are presented with great opportunities and new challenges as we work to integrate sustainability into all aspects of our business and create positive social impact.Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion:Achieving our purpose starts with our people — ensuring our workforce represents the people and communities we serve.Equal Opportunity Employer:Colgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
