SUMMARY: The Jr. Scrum Master will be responsible for managing the implementation & development of smaller applications within the BEES Ecosystem, and working as part of the larger BEES Project implementation. Direct line manager will be the BEES Product Owner. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Create & manage project timeline Monitor progress & developer burn-downs Align & communicate project deliverables stakeholders Manage project team progress of objectives in Azure DevOps Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and maintain the product backlog Help project team with the design and development tasks / actions log Lead process of issue identification and resolution Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders/sponsors Provide weekly communication & status updates QUALIFICATIONS: Experience or certification with project work, agile, or DevOps methodology Strong Organizational & Communication Skills Technical Background or Experience Bilingual in French/English a strong asset This role will be based out of Toronto Office or Montreal Brewery.
