As a personal training manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the personal training team at our personal training studio. This includes hiring, training, educating, and overseeing client transformations. You will work with our personal trainers to help develop personalized workout plans, nutrition plans, supplement protocols, and track their progress. You will also be in charge of developing and implementing systems to help manage the team and clients to success.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in personal training as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. More importantly, you need to care for the success of your team of personal trainers. Hold personal trainers accountable by coming up with solutions and implementing them to allow the team to reach the desired performance and resultsRecruit and train the team of personal trainers, and evaluate their performanceMake sure everyone is following the rules and safety protocolsQualifications:Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkersThis role requires a strong emphasis on putting the client first and providing exceptional customer serviceCertified as a personal trainer (Charles Poliquin certification is a must.
