Install and set up physical hardware (computers, printers, new cables, and network outlets) across our site. Provide documentation on various improvement points as well as user manuals and tutorials. Manage user accounts and provide technical support to all users. Provide first-level technical support to users by answering questions and resolving issues related to software, hardware, and peripherals. Participate in drafting new specifications for applications or other software. What We’re Looking For: A diploma (DEC, AEC, BAC) in Computer Science. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience with Microsoft products such as Windows 8/10/11, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP (Windows Server), and Fortinet Firewalls. CompTIA A+, CCNA certification. Network+, Office 365, CCNP certification (an asset). Knowledge or interest in IT security and cybersecurity. Strong observation and analytical skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Proficiency in French and English for communication with internal and external stakeholders.
