Auxly Cannabis Group Inc. is currently looking for an experienced ERP Systems Analyst to join our growing Technology team. Reporting to the Manager, ERP Solutions, the ideal candidate aspires to work in the growing cannabis field with an award-winning team! The successful applicant will be responsible for providing design, configuration and ERP user support for Auxly and its subsidiaries through both remote and in-person means of communication.
What you can expect to do
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for various ERP modules
- Work with stake holders in quality management, finance, and operations to ascertain potential technology bottlenecks and work with Technology team at providing solutions.
- Review and document processes and ensure all stake holders understand requirements to ensure ERP accuracy.
- Communicate with stakeholders (written and verbal) clearly to ensure support issues and project tasks are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
- Develop and execute test plans and assembles and documents test results when required.
- Make recommendations for continued improvements and process improvements across ERP Solutions landscape.
- Provide light programming and technical setup on ERP solution.
- Provide training to business users in relation to the system.
- Work with business users and application developers to identify bugs, recommend, prioritize and implement enhancements.
- Willingness for occasional travel within Canada.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
About You
- An associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business or a closely related field, or equivalent experience is required.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience with ERP administration / implementation. Design, configuration, testing and training.
- Previous experience using Sage X3 and troubleshooting system issues in a complex environment with constantly changing demands and priorities.
- Ability to diagnose incidents for appropriate escalation to other stakeholder teams.
- General understanding/interest in finance, supply chain logistics and production processes and technology solutions to increase operational efficiencies.
- A structured way of analyzing and solving problems.
- Due to the dynamic and multi-tasking nature of this role, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Relentless desire to learn new solutions, technologies and drive improvements.
- Strong moral compass when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
