Required Skills:

* Leads and handles complex accounts.

* Experience in sales, customer service, project management, and consulting

* Proven experience as an Engagement Manager

* Strong experience of SDLC and different delivery models

* Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal)

* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

* Detail and goal-oriented

* Experience in driving Technology, process or domain COEs

* Experience in Software Development, QE, Support or Business area

* Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills with sharp business acumen.

* Background in sales and customer service is a plus.

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills

* Customer-oriented approach

* Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software

* Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or any related field; MBA a plus
