As a Process Design Consultant, you’ll become a vital member of our Project Delivery Consulting Team, where your work will directly impact the success of key business operations. You'll be responsible for leading end-to-end projects across various industries, focusing on initiatives that optimize processes and enhance efficiency. Your role will be crucial in driving success for both our business and our clients.In this position, you'll take ownership of designing and implementing process improvements that deliver measurable results. From analyzing current workflows to crafting and executing strategic process roadmaps, you'll ensure that each project not only meets but exceeds expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to drive change and lead with purpose!Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop project proposals Develop and maintain project plansProject Management Facilitate workshops and meetingsManage clients’ relationshipsGuide strategic Project directionInterview clients to develop processesMap business processesBuild business solutions to improve business performanceAnalyze data & perform statistical analysisDevelop and maintain project plansDesign, build and deliver presentationsGuide deliverables to completion Related projects/work as assigned QualificationsRequired University Education (Bachelor of Commerce, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related degree)2+ years of consulting or relevant experience.Exceptional communication skills in English and French, both verbal and written.Prior experience managing projects end to end.
