We are well-known in Vancouver area because of our 18+ soup bases for each individual hotpot, various combination of meat, seafoods & vegetables and abundant varieties of side dishes.Responsibilities and Duties: Preparing and cook complete meals for customers or employers. Scheduling and supervising kitchen helpers. Ensuring food quality, freshness, and safety Overseeing kitchen operations. Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Washing, measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients Serving food in a timely manner and meeting customer expectations Cleaning kitchen and work area Planning menus, determining size of food portions, estimating food requirements and costs, and monitoring and ordering supplies.Requirement:1. Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is preferred.2. Minimum of two-year experience in the food and beverage industry.3. Professional certification and licensing are preferred.4. Adapt to fast-paced environment, attention to detail.5. Co-ordinating and Organizing6. Teaching and TrainingBenefits: 10 days paid vacation.
