The ideal candidate should possess the following: -A minimum of two years of experience as a Spray Foam Applicator. -Proficiency in operating spray foam equipment and tools. -A solid understanding of safety protocols and procedures, along with SPF certification. -A valid G license is a requirement. -Strong command of the English language. -Familiarity with the building envelope and Ontario Building Code (OBC). -While having a vehicle is preferred, the ability to commute to and from work promptly is acceptable. -Capable of managing a spray foam rig, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the project. -Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and service rigs is an advantage and essential for the higher end of the pay scale. -Must be physically fit and able to work under extreme conditions if necessary, and working extended hours or overtime to complete tasks.
Responsibilities: -Prepare surfaces for spray foam application. -Operate and maintain spray foam equipment. -Apply spray foam insulation to various surfaces. -Ensure quality control and adherence to safety guidelines. -Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour Additional pay: Bonus pay, Overtime pay
