We are in search of a dynamic and passionate Campaign Manager to join our Marketing and Customer Experience team. In this pivotal role, you will lead our end-to-end retention and nurturing Email and SMS campaign process, from meticulous planning to seamless execution and insightful reporting. Your mission will be to engage diverse audience segments across various channels, driving customer engagement and leading to conversion. Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee an annual integrated Email and SMS marketing campaign calendar that aligns with our strategic goals. Define specific campaign objectives, target audiences, timeline, content strategies, performance metrics, and KPIs.  Conduct research and testing for optimal performance. Create campaigns, driving prospects and customers through the marketing and sales funnel, ensuring high conversion rates. Build and manage retention & nurturing campaigns in our Marketing Automation tool (Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Execute, monitor, and analyze campaign performance, using KPIs to recommend and make data-driven adjustments. Leverage platform analytics to track campaign effectiveness. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data protection standards. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and internal brand and digital marketing teams to ensure all campaign content aligns with our overarching brand direction. Manage campaign budgets and expenses. Maintain organized documentation of campaign plans, assets, and results for future reference & planning. Sharing & Learning Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. Five (5) to seven (7) years’ experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign planning and execution. Strong creativity and the ability to think outside the box to create compelling campaigns and problem-solve. Deep understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices including a good understanding of demand generation tactics and lead conversion principles. In-depth knowledge of running B2C and B2B campaigns. Proficiency in CRM tools, including HTML/CSS, AMPscript, data manipulation, list selection, automation, and A/B testing, usage of Email on Acid and/or Litmus platform for QA. Knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud tool, GA4, PowerBI and Microsoft Office suite r. Have basic UX/UI skills to optimize the user experience on different platforms and screens. Effective communicator, able to synthesize data and information so that it tells a compelling story that resonates with our target audiences. Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Excellent communication skills; Fluent French and English (oral & written) required.
