Title: Customer Service / DispatchLocation: DorvalIndustry: Transport and WarehousingOur client in the Transport and Warehousing industry for automotive clientele is seeking an Customer Service / Dispatcher to support with incoming and outgoing shipments, requests, driver relations and client relations.French and English is required.Apply now!Advantages- Full time Monday to Friday 6am to 2:30pm- Hourly pay 23-25$/hr- Contract to Permanent- Once permanent, eligible for company insurances and RSP packageResponsibilities- Receive and response to customers requests and inquiries- Register all information into database- Coordinate with the dock crew to verify status of shipment- Communicate with drivers concerning any delays and update clients- Prepare any shipping documents- Be the primary contact for incoming and outgoing drivers- Follow ups by emails and phone- Support Operations Manager with other administrative tasksQualifications- Bilingual French and English- Good attention to detail- Minimum 1 year in the transport sector- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel- Team player, detail oriented SummaryFocusing the Transport & Logistics industry, we are here to help you find the right job in this field.
