Human Resources Generalist

We are a partnered with a very well-established manufacturing company based in London, ON, seeking a dedicated and HR Generalist to join their team. This is an integral role, directly impacting our organizational growth, culture, and talent management.Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle including crafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and making important hiring decisions.Oversee and conduct comprehensive orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring they are sufficiently introduced to their departments and aware of company policies.Identify training needs, create, implement, and evaluate training programs for continuous employee development.Coordinate and manage performance appraisal processes, delivering feedback and managing promotions or terminations as necessary.Regularly update HR policies in accordance with the company's strategy and legal regulations.Organize staff events and activities, conduct satisfaction surveys and implement plans to enhance employee engagement.Prepare and present reports on relevant HR metrics to key stakeholders.Prepare for future changes in staff and structure through effective succession planning.Implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.Qualifications:Post Secondary Education Human Resources or a related field.Proven experience as an HR generalist, preferably in a manufacturing environment.In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.Compensation:$60,000 - 68,0003 weeks vacationPension planExcellent Health and Dental BenefitsEXCELLENT opportunity for growth and career progression
