Director of Marketing

The Director of Marketing position is available for a self-starter and do-er who thrives in a single-role position to create and implement a marketing strategy that positions Jay Group as the advanced 3PL choice for our established ideal Customer Profile (ICP). The Director of Marketing will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, organizing our brand voice, and managing touchpoints across email, social media, SEO, trade publications, and events. Director of Marketing Job Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and positions Jay Group as the advanced 3PL leader in the industry. Brand Management: Drive brand awareness and ensure consistent brand voice across all marketing channels. Content Creation: Create compelling content for email campaigns, social media, SEO, trade publications, and events. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive engagement. SEO and SEM: Optimize our online presence to improve search engine rankings and increase website traffic. Client Retention and Experience: Assist in driving and measuring client retention and experience through targeted marketing initiatives and feedback mechanisms. Event Coordination: Organize and manage participation in industry events and trade shows to promote Jay Group's services. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Director of Marketing, preferably within the 3PL or logistics industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies. Exceptional content creation and copywriting skills. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience within the 3PL or logistics industry. Located in Pennsylvania.
