Position Summary

Are you a dynamic and energetic individual? BCIT is looking for a regular, full-time (1.0 FTE) Instructor to join the HVAC/Refrigeration Department within the School of Energy.

The department also offers training and support in developing teaching skills. If you enjoy teamwork, have an innovative approach and a proven track record in industry, then we would like to hear from you. Duties & Responsibilities DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Full-time training in Entry Level for those wanting to enter the Refrigeration Mechanic trade. All levels of the Refrigeration Mechanic Apprenticeship. Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration programs. Part-time studies and microcredential courses including Canada’s Ozone Layer Protection Program, Interprovincial exam refresher in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, HVAC for Building Professionals, and more.
