They have been in business for over 60 years and have grown to become one of Ontario’s leading Real Estate brands. Their portfolio is spread across major urban centers in Central and Eastern Canada.Your new roleYou will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and repairs of commercial office buildings in the heart of downtown Toronto financial district. Duties include managing the maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, responding to emergency calls, and maintaining the building’s aesthetics. Perform regular inspections, handle HVAC servicing, plumbing repairs, and other preventive maintenance tasks. What you'll need to succeedYou will have over three years' of experience as a Building Operator of commercial properties. Experience in HVAC servicing, plumbing repairs and performing inspections and troubleshooting.What you'll get in returnAnnual compensation of $55,000 - $60,000 + Bonus + Benefits.
