About the Job As a Project Director, you will lead a variety of Institutional and Commercial Construction Projects in the Kelowna Area Work alongside passionate builders who have a strong desire to win and deliver profitable, on-time projects A culture built on grit and the desire to win is the environment you will experience Success is in the hearts and minds of everyone working at this 100% employee-owned GC About You You’re a proven Sr. PM or Project Director ready to drive success in your own book of business within a leading national contractor You have experience in leading commercial construction projects valued from $1m to $30m+ You have superior ability in team-building, delegation, planning and communicating with internal and external partners About the Job This is a permanent, full-time position based in Kelowna.
