About the Role
Under the supervision of the Controller, the Commercial Property Accountant will be responsible for managing the full-cycle accounting process for designated commercial properties.
What You Bring
To be successful in this position, a minimum of 2 years of experience in property accounting, specifically in overseeing commercial properties, is essential. Proficiency in managing CAM and tax recovery processes required. Additionally, advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with Yardi are necessary.
The Offer
