Overall ResponsibilitiesProvide analytical and investigative capabilities in support of continuously improving inventory accuracy and transaction compliance controls. Provide data supported solutions in the identification of and corrective actions for inventory inefficiencies. Provide back up for the supervisors over the warehouse and dispensing operations.Specific Key Responsibilities & DutiesResponsible for the cycle count programs for business units Jamieson, INTL & Body Plus. Ensuring compliance with fiscal and operation KPI’s.Evaluate results, investigate discrepancies, and install systemic solutions in conjunction with Warehouse OperationsDevelop and produce concise reporting formats designed to facilitate improvementAssist and train key personnel to effectively implement process improvementsAdd value by reducing inventory and operational related costs with the full scope of warehouse activitiesAnalyze inventories, develop reporting mechanisms, and implement corrective actions to reduce value losses resulting from obsolescence, expiration and transit or warehouse damagesAdvance and oversee internal processes for materials rejection and returns ensuring efficient dispositionDevelop inventory related GMP compliance procedures and investigative analysis capabilitiesVerify and ensure availability of materials required to meet production schedules daily by proactively analyzing inventory position, lot expiration, quality status, and materials movementsProvide back up to the supervisory role for the warehouse and dispensing operations. Will be required to work afternoons and weekends.Working in compliance with the company’ s Health & Safety Policies/SOP’s including but not limited to the Safety Responsibilities Procedure Complete special projects and initiatives as assigned.Working in compliance with the company’s Health & Safety Policies/SOPs including but not limited to the Safety Responsibilities Procedure Will comply with Good Manufacturing Practices in all GMP sensitive areas of Jamieson Laboratories Ltd. facilitiesKnowledge, Skills & Abilities RequirementsPost-Secondary degree or diploma preferably in a program that compliments the analytical rolePrevious inventory analysis experience with proven aptitudes for MRP systemsExperience with inventory transactions and warehouse operationsMinimum two (2) years physical and cycle count experienceMust be highly detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills with an objective and proactive approachStrong database management skillsExcellent organizational skillsMinimum 2 years in a leadership role. Strong teamwork skills and ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesMinimum of an intermediate level aptitude in Microsoft Excel and WordOUR VALUESACCOUNTABILITY: We do what we say.
