Adecco is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Asset Retirement Administrator for a 12-month contract role located in Calgary, AB. This position is critical in supporting our Asset Retirement team in managing a high volume of work related to site closure processes. The successful candidate will assist in generating AFEs and ensuring compliance with partner requirements, all while upholding our commitment to safety and environmental stewardship. Free training programs New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities: Support the Asset Retirement team with document management, including: Non-Routine Monitoring submissions (DDS, WellView, Document Uploads) Remediation & Reclamation Assessments (SiteView, Document Uploads) Decommissioning Job Book Management (Document Uploads) Create new AFEs and ensure supplements are completed as necessary. Manage partner notices and partner AFE requests. Oversee non-op AFE requests, supplements, and cost tracking. Maintain effective communication with team members and internal stakeholders. Collaborate on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada. High attention to detail with strong planning and organizational skills. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience with Legal Land Descriptions and knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel) is preferred. Familiarity with Peloton Applications (SiteView, WellView) is an asset. Accounting experience is required; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
