Senior Analyst, Internal Controls

What You Bring Post-secondary education is required, a professional designation (e.g., CPA, CFA, CIA) is considered an asset. 5+ years of relevant experience (e.g., business process improvements, process control analysis, internal audit, risk assessment) in a company providing similar services; preference will be given to a candidate with audit experience. Strong attention to detail, analytical & problem-solving skills, with demonstrated creative, innovative, and critical thinking. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication. Proven prioritization, time management and project management skills. Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Strong focus on efficiency and process improvement, along with a consultative approach. Skilled in maintaining diplomacy while being persistent in implementing controls within an entrepreneurial setting.
