The Mainframe Platform team is responsible for delivering major transformational projects, operating and governing the suppliers that support the platform, supporting developers to make them efficient and identifying opportunities to optimize and modernize the platform. Your job: • Actively participate in transformational projects for the Mainframe platform • Identify, analyze and document the business needs of our stakeholders • Define solutions and write quality functional and technical files for developer teams, including expected system behaviors, use cases and user interactions with the system • Assist and participate in the implementation of the development, testing and automation strategy • Participate in the development of robust and stable solutions for all requests • Link business needs to technological requirements • Understand current processes & establish target processes by working closely with several stakeholders. • Produce or participate in the implementation of assessments of new needs (projects and evolving requests) • Produce functional analyses • Learn about processes and suggest improvements • Respect architectural targets • If necessary, supervise other resources in the implementation of projects or evolving requests. Prerequisites: • University degree related to the sector of activity or other diploma and several years of relevant experience • Advanced knowledge of the Mainframe platform • Advanced knowledge of Mainframe platform security (ACF2 or RACF) • Experience in modernizing the Mainframe platform • Demonstrated experience in business, functional, technical and application analysis in a complex organization • Practical experience with Agile development and delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) • Experience in integrating and/or maintaining solutions • Experience in the banking and/or financial sector desirable • Ability to communicate, work in a team and effectively manage priorities
