Associate Lawyer - Corporate Securities

They have been consistently nominated as one of the top employers in Canada.Our client is now in the market for a mid to senior level Corporate Securities Associate to join their highly regarded Capital Markets group in their Vancouver office. This is an exceptional opportunity for the successful candidate to develop strong legal and client-service skills through work on local, national, and international corporate finance transactions, public mergers and acquisitions, and other securities law and related matters.
