Is wholly owned by Brookfield Infrastructure Partners LP (“Brookfield”), a global leader in the management of alternative assets across real estate, infrastructure, renewable power, and private equity.Summary:The Manager, Product Operations will be leading enterprise level projects and managing crucial operations functions impacting 1m+ active customers. You will develop in-depth knowledge on operational processes, technical details on new and existing water heater and HVAC products. You will contribute unique insights, leadership skills and subject matter expertise towards the completion of key projects and efficient operations of key processes. Your ability to build consensus and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be crucial towards the success of this position.You will oversee daily operation of our product portfolio, developing and enforcing policies on introducing new products and phasing out of old products. Your strong understanding of the business environment and product portfolio will be critical to your success, as you navigate competing priorities from our sales, technical and field management teams.You will also be working closely with the Product Management team, providing crucial support in launching seasonal sales campaigns, customer acquisition & retention offers. This will draw upon your management experience, your newly acquired product knowledge, and will require you to develop detailed process documentation and training material.This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced product and operations professional looking to join a growing organization and participate in the transformation of Enercare in pursuit of greener and more environmentally sustainable future.Key ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise-wide projects, serving as decision maker, contributor and subject matter expertAccountable for the effective and efficient management of all products and processes of the Product Operations teamPartner with Product Management to develop and implement processes for existing products and offer launchSubject matter expert on all product policies and ongoing management of product portfoliosSupport and collaborate with internal teams to update / develop documentation for processesDesign and document standardized best practices on launching new products and managing daily operational activitiesDesired Qualifications:Experience in water heater and HVAC industry a strong assetMinimum 5 years of experience in a Product and/or Operations Management roleExtensive experience in managing and motivating a high performing team, focusing on efficiency and effectivenessExceptional project management skills and ability to lead projects independently to completion and provide updates to stakeholdersOutstanding communication and interpersonal skill and can work with various internal teams and external vendorsStrong organization skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks concurrentlyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and take on new challengesA strong desire to learn new skills, acquire new experience and to grow their careerIntermediate to advanced knowledge of ExcelExperience in managing and editing large datasetEnercare is an equal opportunity employer.
