Role andResponsibilities: Workclosely with internal SAGE consultants and client project teams as needed, providing technicaland projectsupport to supervisors, managers, and engineers Coordinate projects from design phase, to procurement and implementation and ensure project deliverables are met in atimely manner Prepare project documentation, including URSs, SOPs, Commissioning, and Validation protocols Coordinate equipment vendors during specification, installation, and validation activities Execute commissioning and validation documents Produceprojectreports,schedules and supportproject planning and proposalprocesses as required Support Change Control program Coordinate, chair, and schedule meetings Apply standards and guidelines in project work as directed Engineering drawing creation, revision, and submittal control Adhere to all client policies, procedures and standards Varying amount of travel required (project dependent) On occasion, the applicant may be required to attend site operations.Therefore, they must be capable of gowning required PPE and entering manufacturing spaces, tight mechanical spaces, climbing ladders to roof tops, etc. Qualifications: Degree in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, chemical, or environmental) P.Eng or working towards obtaining license in Ontario preferred Knowledge of pharmaceuticalindustryand engineeringpracticespreferred Strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills Proficient with computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project Team player and able to work independently withminimalsupervision Here at SAGE, we offer the following total rewards package to our employees: Competitive compensation package Medical, dental, and vision health benefits Career development and advancement opportunities and training In and out of officework environments when feasible Work-life balance Social company events Professional association memberships Education Assistance Program In accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, SAGE Engineering Services Ltd. welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
