Job Description
CEDA is currently seeking a Supervisor for our Chemical Cleaning team based out of Edmonton, AB. This role will be responsible to lead and motivate individuals to help deliver on challenging projects. If you are a hands-on leader and show a great understanding of equipment and safety, apply now!

Responsibilities
- The go-to person for monitoring field operations and ongoing projects to ensure job completion in a safe, efficient, reliable and cost-effective manner.
- Supervising to ultimately ensure the safe operation of our industrial cleaning equipment.
- Attends scheduled supervisor and safety meetings, ensures adherence to all company health, safety, environmental standards, policies and procedures, and maintains on-going knowledge of local, provincial and federal guidelines.
- Building productive and loyal relationships with clients by providing quality services, communicating the status of the job regularly and escalating any issues to leadership.
- Responsible for project scheduling and deployment for various projects across numerous client sites.
- Providing guidance for new employees making sure they are well informed, aligned and accountable.
- Leave the job site in better condition than when we got there. Clean, safe and job done!
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience with a minimum of 2 years in industry-related role.
- Class 3 license with a clean driver's abstract is required.
- Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
- You have experience in supervising a team of four or more individuals.
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills.
