Building Maintenance Technician

Nolinor is looking for a Building Maintenance Technician based in Saint-Hubert. This person will be responsible for the maintenance of facilities and building spaces, as well as stocking aircraft. Responsibilities: Perform maintenance, upkeep, and general troubleshooting of the building across various trades: electrical work, plumbing, glazing, painting, masonry, carpentry, tiling, etc.; Carry out routine renovation and interior and exterior remodeling work; Stock aircraft; Conduct daily fuel analyses for aircraft; Receive fuel deliveries; Prioritize health and safety in the workplace; Perform any other related tasks. Required skills: Possess a high school diploma; Experience in building maintenance or training from a trade school and/or related experience; Valid driver’s license; In good physical condition; Ability to work in all weather conditions; Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written; Ability to understand and work from technical drawings as well as other written instructions or design specifications (plans, schematics, procedure manuals, etc.); Experience in the aviation industry; an asset What do we offer?
