Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Child Family Director at Lake Babine Nation in Burns Lake, BC. The Child Family Director will be responsible for overseeing care planning, social work, discharge planning, social services, and case management for children and families within the nation. This role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the holistic well-being of children and families. Qualifications Care Planning, Discharge Planning, and Case Management skillsSocial Work and Social Services expertiseStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of child and family welfare policies and regulationsExperience working with indigenous communities is an assetBachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Child Development, or a related field
