Job Requirements / Description
Main Responsibilities: Maintain high-quality communication with clients and insurers. Identify client risks and needs. Negotiate with insurers on behalf of clients. Advise on insurance products that meet client needs. Assist clients during renewals. Analyze financial information. Provide an exemplary client experience aligned with our values. Perform any other related tasks. Education and Experience: Valid license in personal insurance (AMF). Minimum of 5 years of experience in group insurance. University degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Office 365. TAM is an asset. Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written. Required Skills: Excellent listening skills and strong interpersonal abilities. Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients. Aptitude for negotiation and risk analysis. Team player with the ability to work independently.
