Maintenance Manager Radisson

• Developing and implementing maintenance strategies for the department.
• Ensures adherence to the Canad Inns standards of maintenance quality, repairs, and upkeep.
• Inspects and ensures safety controls and facility equipment on an on-going basis.
• Coordinates the inventory, purchasing and disbursement of all maintenance supplies.
• Assures proper staffing and adequate supplies for responsible service areas including leadership and development of team.
• Takes appropriate action to maintain operations.
• All other duties as required.
