Service Dispatcher/ Customer Service

We are looking for a Fluently bilingual (FRENCH/ENGLISH) person that can work in a fast paced environment with strong ability for time management and organization and attention to details & prioritize workflow as needed. Must work well with others and have a strong customer service mentality. This position would include but not limited to: handling incoming calls and emails as well as coordinating service and installation schedules. Calling customers, General office admin duties, Inventory management.
