Our offices in Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton offer superior Commercial & Residential Roofing, Siding & Building Envelope Services, Traffic Coatings Application & Commercial Below Ground Waterproofing.Position:We are currently looking to hire a Senior Estimator - Cladding to join our growing team. Projects vary from residential multifamily to commercial/ industrial work. Scope of work includes architectural facades and metal roofing systems. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.Our Ideal candidate will be a reliable and responsible person who can work efficiently in a team atmosphere, using their knowledge and skills to achieve the task at hand. A safe professional mentality and solid work ethic are important to our company culture. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 year of estimating experience in building envelope scope of work.Key responsibilities:Send bids accurately and on time.Review project blueprints and specificationsReview contract documents for management review.Perform occasional site reviews to get familiar with each project.Conduct comprehensive quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.Lead bid preparation and coordination.Review contracts.Utilize quantity take-off software and tools.
