After you join the team, we will continue the process of moving you into new roles based on your talents, growth, and interests.The Role:The Account Services Representative provides completion assistance and follow-up verification for the Account Services, Relationship Management, and Consulting teams of the Dealer Development department. Working with the Accounts Coordinator, they take a “do or delegate” approach, working to identify the request, solve if possible, and dispatch to the appropriate person or team as needed and follow up to ensure success.This is primarily an administrative role with a focus on assisting co-workers who are directly engaged with our customers to deliver a quicker response on customer concerns. The variety of situations you will be involved with will provide an excellent base of experience for future growth.Job Responsibilities:Review and follow up on customer requests to ensure successful completion.Maintain customer concern spreadsheets for individual accounts to facilitate follow-up between customers and the Relationship Management teams.Spreadsheet management is a key focus of this role.Assist the Consulting team with software setups, training, and preparation as required.Assist with process improvement: Identify, document, and streamline existing internal procedures.Assist with various investigation/discovery project work as needed.Qualifications:High School Diploma required.MS Word experience is an asset.PBS / DMS Software experience is an asset.Previous experience with administrative tasks in an office setting preferred.Dealership experience is an asset.Good verbal and written communication skills.Willingness and ability to keep up to date with evolving technology.What we offer:Internal promotion and growth opportunities.An education department dedicated to helping you with professional and personal development.The opportunity to travel.Access to an onsite gym at some locations and/or corporate membership to Goodlife.Free parking.Staff events.Great referral bonus.Staff discounts with GM, Dell, and more.Should you be selected for an interview, you will be contacted via email.
