This industry-leading Advertising Company in Downtown Montreal is looking for an IT Technician Support and Maintenance - 5 days in office.Additional information:Contract in consultationTerm: 6 months renewable.Start date: June 2024Schedule: (37.5h/week) - 5 days in officeTechnological equipment provided.......................................................................AdvantagesTBD....................................................................................ResponsibilitiesHere are the responsibilities for this IT Technician Support and Maintenance - 5 days in office at this leader in Advertising in Downtown Montreal;? Under supervision of the Tech Support Manager and with guidance from the Senior ITSupport Specialists, perform initial contact with new hires and provide relevantinformation related to the hardware and technology available ? Welcome new hires, communicating with them or their hiring managers to learn theirpreferred equipment? Engage all levels of support including but not limited to In-office users, remote users as wellas global users.? Identification and resolution of simple to complex IT issues with existing and potentialhardware and software environments? Responsible for the preparation of all hardware requested by the new hire and performsuch duties as: Imaging of computers (Windows and MacOS) using SCCM and Jamf MDM,installing and updating computer drivers as well as preparing and enrolling SamsungPhones to the MDM? Invite new hires to join corporate accounts and send them setup guidelines? Provide all types of support, Level 1, 2 ,3 and administration of systems.? Independently lead investigations/troubleshooting when a problem does not yet haveknown mitigations or solutions, including hardware, software or configuration issues.Identifying network issues and escalating to the IT Tech Lead? Prepare and maintain inventory for all hardware types? Support add/move/change requests - including desktops/laptops, printers, and otherperipherals? Assist the Operations team for various tasks that could include transporting and liftingmonitors or equipment that weigh up to 25lbsQualificationsHere are the qualifications required for this IT Technician Support and Maintenance - 5 days in office at leader in Advertising in Downtown Montreal;? 3-5 years of experience in a similar role? Information systems degree or equivalent? Good technical knowledge of MS Windows 10/11 and Mac OS? Good understanding of general SaaS administration such as: OKTA, Atlassian and GoogleWorkspace.? Good experience in PC and MAC hardware/software installations and issue resolutions? Great communication and customer service skills? Problem solving and analytical thinking.? Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn/share knowledge.? Positive attitude and professionalism? Great time management skills?
