Responsibilities
- Manage an EA team that operates as an internal management consultancy that delivers a suite of EA services in fulfilling the company’s corporate strategy.
- Drive the flexibility, adaptability and evolution of the EA team's services and operating model to ensure realization of targeted business outcomes.
- Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategies and roadmaps.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of enterprise standards and architectures.
- Manage or facilitate the creation of governing principles to guide information, technology and solution decision making for the enterprise.
- Establish and enforce technology governance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze technology, industry and market trends, and identify their potential impact on the enterprise.
- Lead and manage all aspects of technology governance including cloud governance.
- Provide input and recommendations on information technology investments and assists in managing IT assets that meet business needs and support the corporate strategy.
- Promote EA to the organization, including IT and business stakeholders.
- Manage the overall technology landscape with a focus on simplification and optimization.
- Be a thought leader providing guidance and support to the management team in realizing the target architectural vision.
- Support IT portfolio planning, management and modernization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field/equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar senior IT role.
- Proven experience in modern technologies and platforms including cloud computing.
- Strong understanding of IT Governance, Management and operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Salary: $135,000 to $165,000
