As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect items for their needs. Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise, answering questions, and offering product recommendations. Handle cash register transactions, including processing sales, returns, and exchanges accurately. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and priced correctly. Assist in restocking merchandise and maintaining inventory levels. Stay knowledgeable about current promotions, store policies, and product information. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Requirements High school diploma; Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Basic math skills for cash handling. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Excellent English and communication skills. Willingness to relocate. Previous experience in clothing stores is a plus.
