Senior Environmental EIA Scientist - Energy Project - Ireland

Job Description

Our client is a leading multi-disciplinary Consulting Engineering Practice with offices throughout Ireland and the UK.

• Managing and writing all stages of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) including SEA, feasibility, screening/scoping, and Environmental Statement chapters
• Leading environmental support on renewable/energy projects and other large-scale infrastructure
• Managing consenting applications such as planning, Development Consent Orders, Transport and Works Order and Environmental Permits
• Supporting environmental fieldwork
• Liaising with project teams, clients, stakeholders and the public
• Supporting business development and tenders
• Providing a mentoring/supervisory role to more junior members of our team

Requirements

5+ plus years’ post-graduate experience in an environmental & planning / Engineering consultancy
Irish / UK experience required
Proficient in managing and writing all stages of EIA
Degree Qualified
