Security Guard Supervisor

EXPERIENCED MOBILE PATROL SUPERVISOR MUST BE A CANADIAN CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT OF CANADA. WE DO NOT ACCEPT APPLICATIONS FROM TEMPORARY WORKERS OR STUDENTS AS THIS IS A PERMANENT FULL TIME POSITION. Responsibilities: Regular mobile guard duties including patrolling buildings, properties, alarm response, by-law parking enforcement, responding to noise complaints, trespassing, unwanted persons, and loitering. Supervisory role involving quality control, organizing the patrol team at shift start, ensuring reports are submitted, and maintaining vehicles and equipment. Overall supervision of the shift. Qualifications: Use of force qualification. First aid/CPR certification. Knowledge of the Criminal Code of Canada and the Trespass to Property Act, including arrest authorities. Clean driver’s abstract and G level license. Previous personal insurance required for company policy. Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour, discussed in the interview based on experience and knowledge.
