TCS' proactive stance on climate change and award-winning work with communities across the world have earned it a place in leading sustainability indices such as the MSCI Global Sustainability Index and the FTSE4Good Emerging Index.Skills and Responsibilities: •Leads end-to-end planning and integration of all technology change within a given portfolio/platform/product group •Single point of contact for all matters related to release planning, scheduling, and governance •Works with the Platform Release Lead (RL) to integrate the product centric release plans with the platform to ensure enterprise alignment •Executes release strategy to ensure release implementation aligns with and delivers business and technology objectives •Owns the release gating processes and reporting •Identifies and manages release risks, issues, and dependencies •Proactive engagement of supporting roles (ITS, Env, QE, etc.) ensuring releases and deployment have necessary technical/domain knowledge and capabilities to support release scope •Facilitates release prioritization with key stakeholders based on risk, business impact and internal/external release roadmaps •Responsible to work with various stakeholders to identify, track and resolve dependencies that are impacting end-to-end delivery •Partners with stakeholders (development, TS, QE, ITS, etc.) to ensure application changes are planned, scheduled and managed across lower environments with minimal collisions and conflicts •Responsible for third-party vendors change (via partnership with vendor relationship manager) visibility and incorporation into release and deployment plans •Accountable for managing collision analysis and dependency management for deployments •Responsible for lessons learned to identify and implement continuous improvements around release and deployment processes ensuring they are repeatable, controllable, scalable, and sustainable •Manage and maintain DEV, SIT, PAT calendars/roadmaps for each environment inclusive of tenancy, outages and major configuration events Deployment lead: •Owner of the integrity and efficiency of deployment activities into the PAT and PROD environments •Accountable for creating runbook with concurrence/support from TS, ITS and Extern.Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC).
