Set strategic KPIs and ensure the mill's preventative and responsive E&I program. Manage all responsive, predictive, and preventive maintenance workflows. Mentor and coach team members on technical and troubleshooting practices. Lead continuous improvement through work order documentation, failure analysis, and RCA processes. Bring out the best in yourself. Commit. Evolve. Expertise in electrical safety practices and KPI management. Strong background in troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
