Our commitment is to create remarkable experiences in every project we undertake.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent for a $25M new build institutional project Ajax, ON. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating and supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing project budgets, and organizing project schedules. The Construction Superintendent will work closely with the project team to ensure the successful completion of each project.Qualifications10+ years of experience as an ICI site superintendent.Construction Site Management, Project Management, and Construction Safety skillsStrong organizational and budgeting skillsAbility to effectively manage and coordinate on-site construction activitiesKnowledge of construction safety regulations and practicesExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work well in a team and collaborate with project stakeholdersExperience in the ICI construction sector is preferredRelevant certifications or training in construction managementPay: $140,000.00-$160,000.00 per yearBenefits:Casual dressCompany carDental careExtended health carePaid time offProfit sharingRRSP matchVision careSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekends as needed
