Process Improvement/Re-Engineering Analyst

THE ROLE:Our client in the private Energy Services Provider industry is looking to transition to a more paperless process and requires a Senior Consultant for a 3-6 week duration. Various team members, including those in accounts receivable (AR), inventory, and logistics, are involved and require improvements in their respective areas. The current state involves partial implementation of a paperless system with different processes for accounts payable (AP) invoices, which can be time-consuming and prone to errors. The goal is to find a more efficient system to streamline these processes. As the successful candidate you will help streamline the invoice process, analyze and potentially select systems that could offer more efficient solutions for current processes.ABOUT YOU:With over a decade of experience at the Controller and CFO level, you bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to any organization.
