Here's an overview of your tasks: Identify, plan and follow up on the implementation of deliverables to ensure the production of assigned products Identify and provide the necessary tools for the production of new products or changes to the manufacturing process of existing products Measure and optimize the performance of the process in order to meet the established objectives or standards Propose optimized layouts and an ergonomic and safe work environment for production employees Contribute to the improvement of the manufacturing process in order to reach the production quality objectives Analyze work methods and recommend improvements Participate in evaluations to establish production rates for production start-ups as well as for any changes Carry out projects aimed at the continuous improvement of processes and procedures in the company
