It is the heart of this well-oiled, fast-paced, team-oriented machine that is Gateway Business Brokers. We are looking for a unique personality with a strong voice, and the power to tell it like it is. Someone who questions why, and is a clear and concise communicator.Principal ResponsibilitiesOversee operations, including financial administration, of Gateway Business Brokers and Business Selling MasteryResponsible for strategic and operational advice, support, and counsel to the Founder. Leading Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly planning.Continue with development and implementation of policies and procedures to support achieve our missionOversight of all transactions, to ensure deals are progressing on scheduleSupport and oversight of marketing strategies and tech stackLead and support constant and never ending innovation and growth Oversee recruitment and integration of new employees, support company culture and employee engagementSolution focused, always.Whatever it takes to achieve Other duties as required in a rapidly evolving environmentQualificationsA Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or 10 years of sales management experienceExperience in finance will be given extra considerationRequirementsKick ass attitude and fun to work with! Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or similar executive role in companies of similar complexity and growth vision. Experience in planning and budgeting, strong finance and accounting background.Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, marketing, client relations, HR, etc.).Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.Strong analytical ability and proven problem-solving aptitude.Communication is key!REQUIREMENTS:Those with previous experience as Office Manager / COO supporting professionals in real estate, accounting, banking or law will be given higher consideration.Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, GoogleSheets, GoogleDocs, CRM softwares.Own a carPunctualitySuccess in this role requires someone with experience, someone who does not have to be held by the hand yet is not afraid to ask for help and guidance, someone who does not back away in front of a challenge. We are a great team who works closely together, supports and guides each other.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $85,000 - $130,000
