Accounts Payable Officer, Finance and Risk PerformanceSalary: Commensurate with experienceABOUT THE ROLE:Health Standards Organization (HSO) is looking for an Accounts Payable Officer reporting to the Assistant Controller for the accurate and timely fulfillment of HSO’s financial obligations towards staff, surveyors, government and other vendors. You have an eye for numbers and will not shy away from juggling multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment that is growing globally!You have a diverse financial background, combined with your insatiable desire to adopt innovation; you’re ready to come to the table with solutions.Main Responsibilities:In-depth understanding of the Accounts Payable cycle and applicable internal controls, ability to apply your knowledge to meet operational challenges while providing outstanding customer service to internal and external clients.Analyzing and verifying accuracy of purchase orders, invoices, statements and other related documents.Crossing your T’s and dotting your I’s when verifying vendor accounts and working with other documentation related to Accounts Payable, in accordance with established policies and procedures.Collaborating for results.
